Re: Caldercraft Victory By Bob
Not sure if this is the place to introduce myself or not, but as i have been following Bob's build with interest, I thought I would drop a line here to say Hi. Not only to introduce myself but to ask a question or two if you don't mind.
I am starting on a build of Jokita's HMS Victory myself.
1 Do I need permission from anyone to share my build on here?
2 Can anyone tell me how to start one if that is ok?
3 How do I go about putting pics on here?
As you can see I am very new at public forums such as this. I have asked myself over and over if if I really want to share the build in public. The reason for that is because I am relatively new at model ship building and I have been told that I should put this one aside and wait a couple of years. Well, that's a bit late because I have already started. I am hoping my engineering and carpentry skills will carry me forward. My reason for wanting to share is so anyone as foolhardy as myself might be able to learn from my mistakes. Oh yes, I plan to publish warts and all.
All the best
James

Looks like I made a mistake by putting that last message in here. Sorry about that. Don't worry, I wont put any more on.
